Malmesbury Connections is a local publication that aims to promote local businesses to residents in addition to featuring useful information and entertaining articles.    Local magazines are something that have worked well in other areas of the UK and so can only be an exciting feature to add to Malmesbury's already strong community. 

Since the first issue in October 2008, the magazine has become very popular, with people from outside the distribution area requesting copies and others viewing the magazine online. People do tend to keep the magazine until they receive their next copy, easily identifiable by a new cover.  

It is well known that people prefer to buy locally whenever they can.  For those providing a service, customers that live nearby save them time and fuel costs.
